About Intervention Fee

Generally normal inspection/audit rates, subject to final confirmation from client.

For each attendance, calculated service fees are charged considering following factors:
- performing inspection / audit time on site,
- travelling time, and
- reporting time.
Expenses such as travel hotel, meal, communication, sample dispatch and lab testing are charged at cost, as incurred.

Note:
1. The manday (one person working for one day <8 hours>) / manhour (one person working for one hour) rate will vary according to intervenient location, scope of service and sample size of goods.
2. The hourly overtime rate for working hours before 8:30 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and for actual hours that incurred in the intervention (including traveling) on Saturdays and Sundays/China public holidays is 2 times of relevant manhour.
3. For missing service ( as a result of principal's reasons when arriving service location or having started out on appointed day), the actual manday rate plus expenses (depending on service location) will be charged at principal's cost.
4. Payment Terms: BANK Wired Transfer payment 5 days in advance .
5. Banking Charge: You should be responsible for all the banking charge outside of China.

About Service Process

1. Client: Enquire Service with relevant information (e.g. PO, Products Spec., Supplier, intervention location/date,…)
2. JQPS: Review Enquiry and Issue Service Offer
3. Client: Review Offer and Issue Service Contract / Order
4. JQPS: Confirm Service Order and Issue Proforma Invoice
5. Client: Bank Wired Transfer payment in advance
6. JQPS: Issue Service Information to Supplier
7. Supplier: Return Appointment on Schedule
8. JQPS: Confirm Payment Received and Perform Service
9. JQPS: Reporting
10. Client: Confirm Report
11. JQPS: Issue Certificate (if applicable)
